Under the GDPR and Spain's LOPDGDD you have strong rights over your personal data. Guardians can exercise these on behalf of the minors in their care.

Access

Get a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

Rectification

Correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.

Erasure

Ask us to delete your data (the 'right to be forgotten'), subject to safeguarding or legal holds that may override it.

Portability

Receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format.

Restriction & objection

Limit or object to certain processing of your data.

Withdraw consent

Withdraw any consent you gave, at any time, without affecting past processing.

How to exercise them

When logged in, use Settings to export or erase your data and manage consents. Guardians act on behalf of their children. You can also write to our Data Protection Officer at dpo@dazzle.example. We respond within 30 days.

Complaints

If you believe we have mishandled your data, you can complain to your supervisory authority — in Spain, the AEPD, or in Catalonia, the APDCAT.
