Terms of Service

Dazzle is a private, members-only platform operated by Programa Dazzle. It is not a public or anonymous social network: access requires an account, and the community includes minors, so every feature is designed around their safety.

We offer four account types — individual adult, family, association, and professional. You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. Associations and professionals are verified before they can host activities or appear in discovery.

To protect younger members, people below the digital-consent age cannot hold a standalone account and must be added to a family account by a guardian. By policy we apply stricter guardian gating for everyone under 18. Family Leaders are responsible for the members they add and the consents they record.

Be respectful and keep the community safe. Do not harass, endanger, or exploit any member, share illegal or harmful content, misrepresent your identity or credentials, or attempt to contact minors outside guardian-approved channels. Connections are made by introduction letter, never one-click.

We operate reporting and blocking tools with pre- and post-moderation. Under the Digital Services Act we act on illegal content and provide a statement of reasons for moderation decisions. We may warn, restrict, suspend, or close accounts that breach these Terms. Child sexual abuse material is reported to the competent authorities.

Verified professionals and associations engage under additional duties: all contact with minors is guardian-gated and auditable, and verification can be withdrawn for breaches of these Terms or applicable codes of conduct.

The service is provided on an 'as is' basis to the extent permitted by law. We may update these Terms; we will announce material changes and, where required, ask you to re-accept them.

These Terms are governed by Spanish and EU law. Nothing here limits your mandatory rights as a consumer or data subject.
